Versatile 12 Volt Black Light This portable black light uses a tube instead of LED's and for its size performs well. Black Lights can be used to see invisible ink writing. They are also good for many more purposes for example, used to illuminate black light posters, help charge glow in the dark products, and will enhance the effect of paints and inks made to fluoresce under black light condition.
