About Glow products - a non technical description
Glow in the Dark Products absorb light energy and then discharge it over time. The basic ingredient in most 21st century Glow in the Dark Products is Glow Pigments, also known as Glow Powder.

The difference between Ultraviolet black light Products and Glow in the dark products. Black light products fluoresce when exposed to Ultraviolet light. If the Ultraviolet light source is removed, the Black light Product will stop fluorescing. Glow in the dark pigments are different because they can absorb light from any decent light source, including the sun, and ultra violet light, then will discharge the light in the form of a glow over many hours.
