- Around one in 100 Australia Post Express parcels do not arrive in the expected 24 hours time frame. This is unfortunate and out of our control once it leaves our warehouse. We do not and will not be held responsible for the short comings of Australia Post.

- leading up to Christmas, new Years Holiday season, expect Postage items not sent via Express post to take longer than normal. This is to be expected.
- Express Post orders placed on Fridays will not be sent until monday morning. This is to make sure your purchase is not damaged in transit during the weekend.
