Answer: These torches can not cause any of the above, nor can they kill bacteria. The wavelength (390nm) they release is around the same wavelength (365-370nm) as the black fluorescent tubes, and black lights used in night clubs. The dangerous wavelength of UV light is 10 - 315nm which is also completely invisible to the human eye. We do not sell any dangerous torches, or lights, ever.
