Photo luminescent fiber pigment
Eight glow colors include yellow green, aqua, blue, green, yellow, red, orange, pink. The particle size is very small.
This series of photo luminescent fiber pigment is specially suitable as a pigment additive for glow fiber, glow webbing, glow rope, glow fiber logo, glow garments etc. even some super thin glow coatings etc.
Photo luminescent embroidery thread
Photo luminescent embroidery thread is made of glow polyester or glow nylon, the Denier is from 150D to 1500D. Other deniers and filaments are also available according to the requirement of customers. Normally the twist is 2plys or 3plys, other twist numbers are also available.
Color and sizes
The day color is raw white and glow color is yellow green.
The deniers are from 150D to 1500D, other deniers are also available.
Application
Photo luminescent embroidery thread mainly is produced into glow trademarks, glow logos, glow labels etc.
Specification
The photo luminescent embroidery thread can automatically glow in the dark for 8-12 hours after absorbing sunlight or fluorescent light for only for 5-10 minutes. The light absorbing and emitting capacity can be repeated indefinitely.
Glow effect has a perfect durability after washing and rinsing even boiling.
Technical data
You can use common daytime fluorescent pigment to dye other colors on the surface of glow raw white fiber to get various daytime colors and glow colors. But you must choose transparent daytime fluorescent pigment. Normal finishing operations should not give any problem. always carry out a test prior to go into full production.
The glow effect has durability after washing, rinsing and even boiling.
The photo luminescent embroidery thread withstands over 1000 hours of UV expose. The UV stability is very excellent.
The MOH’S hardness of the glow pigment is 5.7. Maybe the knitting glow fiber leads to increase needle breakage as the glow raw materials are ceramic materials like crushed rock. To use more lubricant and strong needle or knifes.
